摘　　要： 我国社会主义市场经济和民主法制建设在新世纪进入了一个崭新的阶段,有关农业、农村和农民的"三农问题"已经成为一个举国关注的话题。本文仅就我国社会保障工作中的薄弱环节———农村社会保障问题中的社会养老保险展开论述,探究在我国现阶段农村中建立完善的社会养老制度的必要性和可行性,使这一制度为发展农业、稳定农村、富裕农民提供一张"安全网"。 After the new millennium, the development of Chinese Communist Market Economy and Democratic Legal system have stepped into a brand-new phrase. There is a topic on agriculture, countries and farmers all across the nation. This essay only talks about the weakness of Chinese Social Security__Social Pension Insurance in Chinese rural areas. It finds out the necessity and feasibility of establishment of Social Pension Insurance System can secure the evelopment of agriculture, the stability of countries and the wealty of farmers.
