摘　　要： 资源配置是市场经济的核心问题 ,而劳动力资源的优化配置对于其它资源的优化配置起着十分重要的作用。文章通过对劳动力资源的特性、劳动力资源配置方式的比较、影响劳动力资源配置主体的决策因素、劳动力资源的配置成本和优化配置的判断标准等的分析 ,提出了实现劳动力资源优化配置需要注意的几个问题。 Allocating resources is the core of market economy. The allocation of labour resources plays an important role in the allocation of other resources. This paper analyses the features of labour resources and compare the methods of allocating labour resources. This paper also analyses the elements influencing labour resource allocation, the cost of allocating labour resources and the standards to judge the best and reasonable allocation. The paper puts forward some measures to realize the reasonable allocation of labour resources.
