摘　　要： 建筑涂料漆膜的耐沾污性是影响涂料质量和价格的重要因素。本文介绍了导致乳胶漆膜发生沾附污染的原因,影响乳胶漆漆膜耐沾污性的主要因素,提出从漆膜的亲水憎水性和结构致密性角度解决漆膜的耐沾污性问题。最后,评述了粉化理论和仿生学原理两种自清洁理论用于解决漆膜的耐沾污性问题。 Stain resistance of building paint film is an important factor influencing quality and cost of the paint. Presented in this paper are cause leading to stain of latex paint film and main factors influencing stain resistance of the film .Solution to stain resistance of the film is proposed in the light of hydrophilicity ,hydrophobicity and structural compactability of the film. Consequently, the way the two selfcleaning theories of efflorescence and bionics are adopted for solution of stain resistance of the film is reviewed.
