摘　　要： 社会的进步和科学技术的发展客观上要求培养的博士生应该具备良好的综合能力。博士生不仅需要具备专业素质 ,还须具备良好的人文素质和心理素质。指出 ,专业素质主要从加强知识结构自我完善能力、科研能力和创新能力的培养入手。为保证培养博士生的综合能力 ,也需大力提高导师的素质 ,需要培养研究生的各部门在思想上高度重视以及全社会的共同努力。 The advancement of society and technology requires the doctor to have the ability of integration. The doctor should not only have professional quality, but also possess good humanity and mentality. The cultivation of professional quality mainly involve in enhancing perfect knowledge structure, cultivating scientific research and innovating ability. At the same time, it also needs to improve the quality of supervisor, enhance the awareness of the leader of other department of cultivating graduate student and the whole society should make great efforts together.
