摘　　要： 翻译既是语言之间的转换 ,同时也是文化的传递和移植。基于理论界对翻译和文化界定的不一致性 ,应把握翻译中文化传递的几个基本要素 :第一、有扎实的语言功夫和深厚的文化功底 ;第二、明确语言是文化的一部分 ;第三、掌握翻译的科学性和艺术性。 Translation is not only the transformation between two languages,but also cultural transmission and transplantation.According to the disgreement between translation and the difinition of culture,we should probe into the familiarity with three main elements of cultural transmission in translation.First,it is important to have rich language and good culture knowledge.Second,it should be known that language is a part of culture.Finally,we should master the skills of translation scientifically and artistically.
