摘　　要： 诊所式法律教育的实践性、社会服务性及其普法功能 ,正是当今中国所需要的。普及诊所式法律教育 ,既能为社会培养出急需的具有实际工作能力的法人才 ,还能为全民普法及法治建设提供广阔而坚实的基地。 The practicality,the function of social service and popularizing law of the clinical legal education are necessary in China now.Popularizing the clinical legal education can foster the legal talent who have ability of practical work and necessary in the society,also provides the wide and solid base for popularizing law.
