摘　　要： 宋明“理学”作为我国文化思想史上一个特定的概念 ,其思想内涵在发展历程中发生了根本性的转变。文章主要从“存天理 ,灭人欲”到“天理就是人欲”这一根本的思想转变入手 ,分析论述其转变的过程及重大意义。 As a specific concept in the history of Chinese culture, the theory of justice in the Song and Ming Dynasties means a specific philosophical idea. There was a essential conversion in the course of the evolution of the theory. The author reviews the conversion from 'uphold justice, annihilate desire'to 'justice is desire' and discusses the rationality and the significance of the conversion.
