摘 要: 低温溶液缩聚直接制备对位芳纶浆粕 (PPTAPULP)工艺中 ,加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 (PVP)高分子添加剂 ,并控制有关工艺因素 ,可以提高对位芳纶浆粕的分子量 ,改善其表面毛羽化程度 。 Poly(p\|phenylene terephthalamide)(PPTA) pulp was prepared directly by polycondesation solution of the p\|phenylene dismine with terephthaloyl chloride at low temperature in the solvent system of N\|methyl pyrrolidone having calcium chloride in the existence of poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP).The inherent viscosity (I.V.),the ratio and the fibrillation of the resultant PPTA pulps can be improved owing to the additing of the PVP.In this paper,the effect of amount,adding mode and the adding time of PVP on the I.V.as well as the ratio of the pulps was discussed in detail,and the morphology of the resultant pulps was also observed by SEM.It could be confirmed that PVP did not combine with PPTA chains and the addition of it did not change the chemical structure of the PPTA pulps by IR and X\|ray spectra.
