摘 要: 对发动机临界爆震的控制特性进行了试验研究,得出了最佳点火提前角控制曲面。由爆震判别可知,各缸爆震程度差异性较大。对近爆震区域的发动机的动力性和经济性进行了试验研究。指出在接近爆震区域,动力性和经济性均有改善趋势。发现爆震控制系统存在调节惯性,并对此进行了一定的分析。 Control characteristics of critical knock of S.I.engine have been experimentally investigated,and optimal ignition advanced angle surface of engine controlled by a knockcontrol unit has been obtained.Knock identification told of difference in knock intensity from cylinder to cylinder.Power output and fuel economy of engine under control of knockcontrol unit were tested and results prove that performances can be improved when engine approaches critical knock conditions.It is found that adjustment inertia exists in adjusting process of the knockcontrol system and its effect was discussed.
