摘 要: 用锆盐的前驱物 (ZrO(OH) 2 )胶体与纯Pt均匀混合 ,经加工后 ,纳米ZrO2 均匀分布于Pt基体中 ,使Pt的室温抗拉强度得到很大提高。同时 ,纳米ZrO2 弥散强化Pt的高温瞬时强度及高温持久强度明显高于纯Pt。纳米ZrO2 弥散强化Pt的晶粒随着纳米ZrO2 含量的增加而细化 ,且再结晶温度随之提高。 The nano-ZrO_2 dispersion strengthening platinum was prepared by high temperature sintering the mixture of ZrO(OH)_2 and platinum powder and then pressing work method. The tensile strength, the high temperature strength and the creeping resistance strength of the nano-ZrO_2 dispersion strengthening platinum was greatly improved compared to platinum. When the amount of nano-ZrO_2 was increased, the grains of the nano-ZrO_2 dispersion strengthening platinum was fined and its recrystallization temperature was increased.
