摘　　要： 本文分析了西部地区能源资源的比较优势以及开发利用的现状与问题 ,认为西部地区能源资源开发应以资源优势为依托 ,以技术创新为推动力 ,不断提高资源的开发效率和产业国际竞争力 ,并提出能源资源开发利用的重点与对策。 Analyses of this paper are about the comparative advantages,status quo and problems of energy resources in China's western region. The paper shows that the exploitation of energy resources should be based on its own resource superiorities.With the motivation of technique innovation, it is stressed to increase continuously the resource development efficiency and the international competence. In addition, the emphases and countermeasures to develop the exploitation are put forward.
