摘 要: 介绍了新开发的基于误差分离的虚拟几何量仪系统的设计原理、结构、数据采集硬件子系统和软件子系统的功能 ,并且通过对圆度和直线度误差分离的实验测试验证系统可行性和正确性。 A new virtual geometric gauge system based on error separation technology has been developed.The main frame structure including data acquisition subsystem and software subsystem designed for this system are introduced.The feasibility and validity through experiment on roundness and straightness tests are verified.
