摘　　要： 广州国有外贸公司与工贸企业的对比,在经营管理方面存在着深层问题,研究了深层基础———企业基因方面的主要因素,提出了广州国有外贸公司加快发展,做强做大,进行企业基因重组的若干措施。 With a contrastive analysis of the state-owned foreign trade companies and the enterprises of industries,the paper probes into the underlying problems with the management of the state-owned companies together with the main causes of the enterprise gene.In addition,it puts forward a number of measures for the state-owned companies to facilitate their development and restructure the enterprise gene.
