摘　　要： 本文比较系统地分析了知识分享的重要性,提出了知识分享是知识管理的核心的学术论点,并对企业如何促进知识分享提出了具体建议。 The paper,with a systematic analysis of the importance of knowledge-sharing,advances the notion that knowledge-shar-ing should be the core of the knowledge-based enterprise management.In addition,some specific manipulating suggestions are dis-cussed.
