摘 要: 本文从人力资本角度分析了影响地区差距的相关要素 ,认为初始人力资本存量、地区间人力资本流动和人力资本的激励制度差别都会显著地影响东西部地区经济增长差异。因此 ,进行长期的人力资本积累对西部地区的经济增长至关重要 ,提出了西部地区进行人力资本积累的“两阶段模式”。 Based on the human capital theory implicated in economic growth literature, this paper carries out an analysis of the factors that have a bearing on the results of economic growth. The factors include the initial capacity of human capital, the transfer of human capital between regions and the institutional and policy factors. The outcome of the paper shows that the accumulation of human capital in the long run is rather important for western regions and that the “Two-Step model' should be applied.
