摘 要: 采用表面活性剂和助表面活性剂将含油样品乳化成微乳液,用紫外分光光度计直接在水相中进行了炼油厂"三泥"治理过程中污水中油含量的二阶导数法直接测定。考察了微乳剂的种类及用量,盐酸、S2-、NO-3、苯胺、苯酚等质量浓度对测定的影响。研究结果表明,方法的线性范围0~50mg/L,标准偏差≤0 001,相对标准偏差≤8 3%。加标回收率为90 0%~101 7%,经水样测定并与标准方法对照,结果令人满意。 A method for the direct determination of oil content in refinery wastewater by second-order derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry was proposed.Because the oily sample was emulsified by surfactant and assistant,an overall determination was performed directly in the aqueous phase,thus no extraction and pretreatment procedures were needed,which improves accuracy of determination and working efficiency.The linear range of calibration curve was from 0 to 50mgL-1,and the standard deviation and the relative standard deviation of this method were less than 0001 and 83% respectively.The recoveries of addition standard oil were from 900% to 1017%.Therefore this method was more accurate and simple in comparison with the standard method.
