摘　　要： 本文首先对创业政策研究兴起的时代背景进行了简要论述 ,然后在广泛借鉴国外创业政策体系研究的基础上 ,结合我国高科技产业创业的实践与特点 。 Firstly,the background of entrepreneurship policy is briefly discussed in this paper.Then on the basis of using the entrepreneurship policy research experience of other countries,combining high-tech entrepreneurship practices and characters in China,the author puts forward a high-tech entrepreneurship policy system of China.
