摘 要: 用 4 1 5~ 2 0 75Gy的6 0 Coγ射线辐照菊花插条 ,存活率和生长量随剂量增大而减少。叶片可溶性蛋白质含量、POD活性、微核细胞率和染色体畸变细胞率均随剂量增大而增大 ,二者呈显著正相关。花期延迟 ,枝叶变异增加 ,初步筛选出 4个矮壮型优变单株。 The irradiation effect of 60 Co γ\|rays on Dendranthema morifolium Tzvel.cv.Taiwanhong cuttings with dose of 4\^15~20\^75 Gy was studied.The result showed that the cuttings death percentage increased,stem length decreased,leaf soluble protein content,POD activity,micronucleolus cell and chromosome aberration increased as irradiation dose increased.The flowering phase put off and leaf mutation percentage increased when irradiation dose increased.4 superior mutations were obtained.
