摘　　要： 随着工程建设管理体制的不断完善,施工组织设计的应用环境发生了巨大的变化,施工组织设计的地位和作用相应发生了重大改变。在施工组织设计中增加与新环境相适应的内容,采用网络计划技术、电子计算机技术、计算机网络技术,加强对施工组织设计的管理,对提高施工项目的经济效益和管理水平,有非常重要的意义。 With the increasing improvement of building construc-tion managerial system,situation changes considerably in which design of construction organization applies,and thus the importance and func-tion thereof changes correspondingly.It is noted by network planning technology,computer and computer network technology.Strengthening the management of construction organization design may be meaningful to improve cost-effectiveness of building construction.
