摘 要: 教师是教学双边活动的主导者 ,是师生互动关系中重要的调控者 ,因而教师的素质直接关系到教学目标的完成和学生素质的提高。依据当前我国高等教育的目的和培养目标 ,以及声乐教育的具体特点 ,从专业知识结构、教学能力结构及文化综合素养的多维视野中探讨和架构声乐教师的素质结构 ,具有重要意义。 The teacher is the Dominator in the bilateral teaching activities and the controller of the mutual relationship between the students and the teacher. Therefore, the teacher’s quality is crucial to the fulfillment of teaching objectives and to the promotion of the student’s quality. Based on the teaching objectives set in our country and the concrete characteristics of vocal teaching, this paper conducts a study of vocal music teacher’s quality from wide field of vision:the structure of teaching ability, the structure of the major knowledge and the accomplishment of comprehensive culture and art, trying to manifest the many-sidedness and adjustability of quality structure of vocal music teachers in current time.
