摘　　要： 转型时期 ,我国各级各类教育都面临着多元文化与多元经济的冲击。在复杂多变的国际和国内背景中 ,学校的生存与发展在很大程度上取决于校长的管理决策 ,而校长决策过程中的思维品质又将直接影响决策的效果。要提高校长决策思维水平 ,必须了解和研究决策思维的特点。该文从决策思维品质的四个方面论述了决策思维所体现的十二个特点。 The pluralistic culture and economy now give an impact on all levels of education during the Period of Transformation. Under the complex internal and external circumstances, the school’s existence and development, to a large extent, are decided on by headmaster’s decision-making, and his quality of thinking directly influences the effects of decision-making. It is necessary for improving the quality of headmasters’decision-making to understand the Characteristics of the Headmasters’decision-making Thinking. This paper analyses 12 Characteristics of the headmasters’decision-making Thinking.
