摘 要: 顾客导向与竞争者导向是随着市场经济的不断发展和市场发育的日趋成熟而产生的两种非常重要的公司经营理念,两者的协调已成为当今公司运作的必然趋势。首先阐述了顾客导向与竞争者导向各自的基本思想,然后指出了将两者割裂开来的弊端,最后论述了顾客导向与竞争者导向的关系即两者协调的必要性和重要性,并对于该思想的操作提供了一些建议。 Customer orientation and competitor orientation are two important company management theories pro-duced with constant development of market economy and naturing of market growth gradually.And the coordi-nation of the two orientations has already become an inevitable trend of current company's operation. This paper firstly explains each basic thought of customer orientation and competitor orientation,then points out the draw-backs of isolating the two orientations. At last the relation between customer orientation and competitor orientation is expounded, which is also the necessity and importance of the two orientation's coordination. Additionally,sorne suggestions on the operation of this thought are offered.
