摘 要: 产品开发过程中零部件的选择对于产品最终的整体性能影响重大 ,如何在既体现顾客需求 ,又满足成本约束的条件下 ,选配最优的零部件组合是一个值得研究的问题。本文首先基于质量功能配置 (QualityFunctionDeployment,QFD)理论 ,将顾客需求重要度逐步映射为零部件重要度 ;并引入模糊集理论 ,提出了基于模糊语言变量的零部件表现度的概念 ;用三角模糊数描述在产品开发阶段具有不确定性的零部件成本。在此基础上 ,建立了零部件选择的模糊整数规划模型 ,给出了模型的求解方法 。 During the course of product development, parts selection is vital to the product's performance. How to select proper part mix to satisfy the customer needs and expected cost is worth researching. In this paper the importance of customer needs are first converted to the importance of parts using QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method, then fuzzy linguistic terms based parts' performance function is introduced and the triangular fuzzy number is used to describe the uncertainty of cost constrain,Based on this, a fuzzy integer model is constructed and the solving procedure is given. A case study of air-conditioner is used to illustrate the method.
