摘 要: 报道了酸性铬深蓝 示波吸附计时电位法分别在酸性和碱性条件下直接检测土壤溶液中的无机单核铝 [Ali]和总单核铝 [Ala]浓度 ,并用该法测定了酸消化水样中的总铝 [AlT],由 [Ala]- [Ali]间接得到有机单核铝 [Alo],[AlT]- [Ala]得到酸溶态铝 [Alr],从而实现了土壤溶液中 5种Al形态的电化学测定 .测定了十多个实际土壤水样 ,与Driscoll方法所获结果进行了对照 。 Fast determination of five fractions of aluminum(total Al T, acid soluble Al r, total monomeric Al a, inorganic monomeric Al i, organic monomeric Al o) in soil solution samples under acidified and alkalized conditions by a.c.adsorptive oscillochronopotemtiometry in the presence of acid chrome dark blue (ACDB) is presented in this paper. The method is based on the different competitive complexation capacities of ACDB and natural organic matter (NOM) at two pHs 4.9 and 8.0. Inorganic monomeric Al was detected at pH 4.9 (0.5?mol·L -1 NH 4Ac HAc 7×10 -4 ?mol·L -1 ACDB), while total monomeric Al is determined at pH8.0 (0.5?mol·L -1 KCl 0.1?mol·L -1 Na 2B 4O 7 6×10 -4 ?mol·L -1 ACDB). The method was successfully employed to determine five Al fractions in more than ten soil solution samples. The results were in agreement with those of Driscoll's speciation method.
