摘 要: 为了进一步探索转基因鱼腥藻高密度培养的方法 ,在小型气升式反应器中研究了CO2 对转基因鱼腥藻 712 0培养的影响。结果发现转基因鱼腥藻培养过程中通入 5 %CO2 能促进藻细胞生长 ,12d生物量提高 7.4 4 % ,由于光照限制 ,不能大幅提高15d收获生物量 ,但生长周期能缩短近 2 0 % ;而高浓度 (10 % )的CO2 抑制转基因鱼腥藻的生长。CO2 是通过调节pH值和影响碳源利用来影响藻细胞生长的 ,合适浓度的CO2 有利于转基因鱼腥藻的培养。 Effect of CO 2 was studied on the culture of recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120 in air-lift bioreactor.The results showed that air contained 5% CO 2 can promote the cell growth,and 12d biomass was increased 7.44%. Because light is a limited factor,the 15d harvested biomass can't be increased remarkably,but the culture period can be shortened about 20%.The growth of Recombinant Anabaena sp .PCC7120 will be inhibited by high concentration of CO 2.CO 2 influences the growth of algae cell by adjusting pH and the utilization of carbon source in culture media,and suitable concentration of CO 2 was benefit for the culture of recombinant Anabaena sp . PCC7120.
