摘　　要： 介绍了一种基于模糊控制理论的变电站电压无功综合控制装置的设计思路及硬软件的实现方法。本装置采用离线优化与模糊控制相结合的方法对变电站电压无功进行综合控制 ,从而有效减少了有载调压分接头和并联电容器组的调节次数 。 A design plan and the hardware & software realization of substation voltage & reactive power comprehensive control device are presented in this paper. Based on fuzzy control and off line optimization methods, this device can effectively decrease day adjusting times of the switching of on load transformer and paralleled compensation capacitors in substation,and then improve the adjusting ability of power system and its voltage quality remarkably.
