摘　　要： 本文将产学研合作、创新与网络组织的含义整合,提出了产学研合作创新网络组织的定义,并介绍了它的特点和优势,总结出它的组织模式和运作机制,最后引用加拿大机器人与智能系统网络中心的案例介绍了它的成功经验。 The paper integrates the meanings of innovation,network organization,the cooperation of industry,university and research institute.It also puts forward the definition of innovation network organization in cooperation of industry,university and research institute.Then it introduces the characteristics and advantages,and summarizes the organization mode and operation mechanism.Finally it cites the case of IRIS network center in Canada to introduce its successful experiences.
