摘 要: 本文通过借鉴激励强度的生物学分析,运用信息博弈论和效率工资理论,对科技人员的激励强度进行确定,通过分析科技人员不同的激励因素之间的替代关系,指出不同的替代因素将对激励强度产生一定的影响。 According to the biological analysis of motivation intensity,the author applies with information game theory and efficiency wage theory to confirm the motivation intensity of scientific&technical persons.As to scientific&technical persons,there were several motivation factors,which would substitute each other,and which would have some effect on the model.
