摘 要: 制备了固体超强酸催化剂 Tm- SO2 -4 / Ti O2 ,用于柠檬酸与正丁醇的酯化反应。考察焙烧温度对 Tm-SO2 -4 / Ti O2 催化酯化性能的影响及其在酯化反应中的稳定性 ,用 XRD与 IR研究其结构与性能的关系。结果表明 ,焙烧温度为 60 0℃条件下制得的催化剂 ,其催化选择性达 99.2 % ;锐钛矿 Ti O2 (A)晶相的形成与完善是提高催化选择性的关键因素。催化剂 Tm- SO2 -4 / Ti O2 具有良好的稳定性 ,重复使用 5次后反应的转化率仍高达 93.1% ;负载 Tm能显著降低催化剂表面的积碳量 ,且有效抑制 SO2 -4 Solid superacid catalyst of Tm-SO 2- 4/TiO 2 was prepared and applied to esterification reaction of citric acid and n-butanol.The effect of calcination temperature on the catalyst and its stability for esterification were studied.The correlation between its structure and performance was also investigated by XRD and IR techniques.The catalyst calcined at 600℃ shows a selectivity of 99.2%.The formation and growth of anatase crystalline phase is the key factor in the improvement of catalytic selectivity. Tm-SO 2- 4/TiO 2 exhibited good stability and the conversion of citric acid still amounted to 93.1% after 5 runs. Tm can effectively decrease the carbon deposition of the catalyst and restrain the loss of SO 2- 4.
