摘 要: 对生长在苏北沿海防护林不同土壤盐度下的主栽树种杨树 (欧美杨无性系 6 9杨 )进行了解剖 ,描述了杨树次生木质部结构的特征 ,测量了次生木质部的 16个数量特征 :年轮宽度 (ARW)、导管长度 (VL)、早材和晚材的导管分子面积 (VA)、导管周长 (VP)、导管直径 (VD)、导管单孔率 (PSV)、导管频率 (VF)、纤维长度(FL)、纤维宽度 (FW)、射线高度 (RH)和射线频率 (RF)。实验结果表明 ,在不同的土壤盐度胁迫下 :(1)杨树次生木质部形态特征的差别不明显 ,但是组成分子趋向于小型化。 (2 )次生木质部数量特征的变化比较明显 ,即当土壤含盐量从 0 0 36 %逐渐升高到 0 2 89% ,杨树的年轮宽度变小 ,0 91→ 0 77mm ;纤维长度和宽度的变化分别为 6 93 8→ 5 70 4 μm和 14 9→ 13 5 μm ,射线高度和频率的变化分别为 2 84 3→ 2 4 9 2 μm和 5 8 9→ 75 5mm- 2 ,表明在盐胁迫下杨树的生长受到抑制。随着盐度的增加 0 0 36 %→ 0 2 89% ,杨树导管长度减小 ,36 7 6→ 341 5 μm ;在早材和晚材中 ,导管面积变化分别为 15 75 6→ 170 3 6 μm2 和 76 0 1→ 94 7 7μm2 ,导管周长变化分别为 16 7 7→ 195 1μm和 12 0 8→ 14 3 7μm ,导管直径的变化分别为 4 1 8→ 4 3 4 μm和 2 9 1→ 33 1μm ,导管频率的变? This paper dealed with anatomical characteristics of Poplar[ Populus deltoides (LUX)] which was the mainly cultivated species of coastal shelterbelt in Jiangsu Province. It gived a detail description of the general characteristics of the constitutions of the secondary xylem of the plant, and measured 16 major quantitative characteristics of secondary xylem of Poplar, including annual ring width( ARW )、vessel length( VL )、vessel area of early wood and late wood( VA )、vessel perimeter of early wood and late wood ( VP )、vessel diameter of early wood and late wood ( VD )、percentage of solitary vessels of early wood and late wood( PSV )、vessel frequency of early wood and late wood( VF )、fiber length( FL )、fiber width( FW )、ray height( RH ) and ray frequency( RF ). The results indicated that, under stress of different soil salinity: (1) There was no evident variation to morphological characteristics of secondary xylem structure of Poplar in which its constitutional molecule was becoming smaller. (2) There was evident variation to quantitative characteristics of secondary xylem structure of Poplar, namely, with the gradually increasing of soil salinity 0 036%→0 289%, ARW declined 0 91→0 77?μm, VL 367 6→341 5?μm, FL and FW 693 8→570 4?μm and 14 9→13 5?μm,respectively, RH and RF changed 284 3→249 2?μm and 58 9→75 5?mm -2 ,respectively. All the changes of the characters showed the growth of Poplar was restrained. With the gradually increasing of soil salinity 0 036%→0 289%, VA rised 1 575 6→1 703 6?μm 2 and 760 1→947 7?μm 2 in early wood and late wood, respectively, VP 167 7→195 1?μm and 120 8 →143 7?μm,respectively, VD 41 8→43 4?μm and 29 1→33 1?μm,respectively, VF 141 8→144 2?mm -2 and 160→206 7?mm -2 , respectively, PSV declined 65 9%→30 5% and 59 4%→40 8% in early wood and late wood, respectively.
