摘 要: 目的 :了解优秀运动员大运动量训练后血清铁变化情况。方法 :采用光电比色法 ,分析专业运动员一天 5个时间点的血清铁含量 ,研究其机理。结果 :优秀运动员血清铁含量在 2 4h内呈周期性曲线变化。结论 :掌握运动员血清铁的昼夜周期性变化 ,为运动员创造优异成绩提供了科学依据。 Objective: To know the blood serum irons change in outstanding athletes after the mass training. Methods: By using Method photo electricity colorimetry analyze the iron content in each professional athlete's blood, and study its function at five times a day. Results: An excellent athlete's blood content of serum iron changes periodically during every 24 h. Conclusion: The result provides scientific basis for athletes to gain high scores.
