摘　　要： 采用光学显微镜观察银沙槐 Ammodendron bifolium ( Pall.) Jakovl.和盐豆木 H alimodendronhalodendron( Pall.) Voss.的染色体 ,按全国第一次植物染色体学术讨论会建议的标准进行核型分析 .研究结果表明 ,银沙槐的体细胞染色体数目 2 n=1 8,核型公式 2 n=2 x=1 8=2 M+1 6m,核型属 1 A型 ;盐豆木的体细胞染色体数目 2 n=1 6,核型公式 2 n=2 x=1 6=6m+8sm+2 st,核型属 2 A型 ,较银沙槐的核型进化 . The karyotypes of Ammodendron bifolium (Pall.) Jakovl.and Halimodendron halodendron (Pall.) Voss.have been studied.The results show that the number of the xomatic chromosome of A.bifolium is 18,the karyotype formula is 2 n =2 x =18=2 M+16 m and the karyotype is 1A while the number of the somatic chromosome of H.halodendron is 16,its karyotype formula is 2 n =2 x =16=6 m+ 8 sm +2 st and its karyotype is 2A.
