摘　　要： 目的　检测汉族人MDR1C3435T基因的分布情况 .方法　应用PCR技术对正常人MDR1C3435T基因进行扩增以MboI进行限制性酶切图谱分析 .结果　汉族人MDR1C3435T基因中 ,表现型T/T频率 14 .4 2 % ,表现型T/C4 0 .5 4 % ,表现型C/C 4 5 .0 4 % .MDR1C3435T基因T频率 0 .346 9,基因C频率是 0 .6 5 31.结论　汉族人MDR1C3435T基因的分布有自已的特点 . Objective To identify the distribution feature of MDR1(C3435T) gene in hans in Guangdong Province. Methods MDR1(C3435T) gene from normal individuals were amplified with PCR and their restricted enzyme digested maps analysis were done with Mbo I. Results genotypefrequency: MDR1(C3435T) T/T 0.1442;T/C 0.4054;C/C0.4504; MDR1(C3435T) Genefrequenc:MDR1(C3435T)T 0.3469; MDR1(C3435T)C0.6531. Conclusions The MDR1(C3435T) genes distrbution in the Hans in Guangdong province is different from those in other areas.
