摘　　要： 本文提出了一种简捷实用的基于公法线、跨球距和中心距的斜齿渐开线齿轮参数的测绘方法,能较准确地确定被测齿轮的基本参数:模数m_n,压力角α_n,螺旋角β,变位系数x_n,确定齿轮减薄量。通过计算机程序算法和数据库技术使该测绘设计方法易于实现,且自动完成测绘齿轮的数据设计。该方法简明易懂,测量精度较高,实现简易快捷。 This paper introduces a method of surveys and draws,which can accurately get all parameter’s value of the Cylinder gear wheel of oblique tooth:Modulus m_n,Angle of pressure a_n,Spiral angleβ,Shift coefficient x_n;Confirm the gear wheel reduce thin quantity. Draw support from the computer program algorithm and Database technology this method become easy.It is relatively high to measure the precision,simple,easy and swift to realize。
