摘　　要： 根据知识创新的螺旋上升过程和Web技术的特点 ,提出了一种基于Web的组织知识创新的模型框架 ,并且还给出了该模型中实现知识推理的算法以及模型实现的Web技术。依据提出的模型框架 ,可使组织中的成员迅速掌握组织所拥有的知识 ,易于实现知识创新。 In this paper,according to the process of the knowledge creation like screw and the characters of web technology,a model framework for organizational knowledge creation based on the web is presented,and then an arithmetic for the knowledge reasoning in the model and web technology for implementing the model.According to the model framework,organizations and its members may rapidly grasp the knowledge of which they possess,so the organizational knowledge creation is realized easily.Finally,we provided with a practical case is given to illustrate the proposed model framework.
