摘 要: 针对城市生活垃圾流化床焚烧炉对垃圾进料的要求及垃圾物料的特殊构成 ,提出多功能双螺旋垃圾进料装置的设计思想 ,并设计生产出工业应用样机。试验效果及与其它进料装置的综合比较表明 ,该装置具有进料均匀性、连续性好等明显优势 。 In view of solid-waste feeding requirements for CFB incenerator of municipal solid waste (MSW), as well as the special constitution of MSW, a design idea of multi-purpose double-screw MSW-feeding mechanism has been put forward, and a prototype mechanism for industrial application being designed and manufactured. The results of tests and comprehensive comparison with other feeding mechanisms show, the obvious advantages of the newly designed feeding mechanism are uniformity and continuity of MSW-feeding. At the same time, it is put forward that the design and development of large-scale mechanism are completely feasible from the technical aspects.
