摘 要: 在N2 保护下 ,采用反应烧结制得TiN、AlN弥散相强韧化Al2 O3基复合材料。用SEM和X射线衍射法分析了试样的成分分布和显微结构 ,发现用该技术制备的复合陶瓷材料中 ,含有纳微米混合分布的AlN晶粒。通过测试试样的密度和各项力学性能 ,可以看出TiN、AlN弥散相强韧化Al2 O3基复合材料有较为明显的效果。本文重点分析了制备工艺和成分配比对复合材料性能的影响。 Al\-2O\-3 matrix composites reinforced and toughed by scattering phases TiN\,AlN were fabricated by reaction sintering process in Nitrogen gas environment.The component distribution and microstructures of the samples were analyzed by methods of XRD and SEM.A lot of AlN nano\|micro\|particles can be found in the composites obtained with reaction\|bonded.The obviously reinforced and toughed effect of scattering phases AlN,TiN on the composites can be observed through measuring the density and the mechanical properties of the samples.The influence of preparation techniques and component on properties of the composites was mainly analyzed in this paper.
