摘 要: Pb/HZSM -5是一种具有较强催化活性的醛氨缩合催化剂 ,其主要特点是反应条件温和、择形选择性高、副产物较少。不同制备方法对醛氨缩合催化剂Pb/HZSM -5分子筛固相性质的影响较大 ,从而改变了催化性能。与浸渍法、机械混合法相比 ,采用离子交换法制备Pb/HZSM -5分子筛催化剂具有较好的固相性质 ,积炭量 (质量 )只有 6.43 % ,烷基吡啶的收率 (质量 )可达 79.2 9%。 Pb/HZSM-5 zeolite had high catalytic activity in aldehyde-ammonia condensation with temperate reaction condition,high shape selectivity and little by-product.The catalytic activity and structure of Pb/HZSM-5 zeolite under aldehyde-ammonia condensation were influenced by different preparation method.Compared with dipping and adherency method,Pb/HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst prepared by ion exchange method had higher activity and yield of alkylpyridine 79.29%(mass),but lower coke 6.43%(mass).
