摘　　要： 本文对分子水平下检测家畜遗传多样性所采用的常用抽样方法和不同抽样方法、不同样本含量对检测结果的影响以及抽样应注意的问题作了阐述,指出应根据实际情况采用适宜的抽样方法,样本容量的确定要根据检测方法、检测位点等确定。 Common sampling methods, effects of different sampling methods on results and several points should be addressed on sampling were reviewed thoroughly, it was pointed that different sampling method should be took for actual situation, sample size should be set on detecting methods and detected locus.
