摘 要: 对 1 0 0 0t/a吗啉生产装置扩产到 3 0 0 0t/a的工艺进行了研究。在装置模拟和设备核算的基础上 ,对现有设备进行了合理调整。对塔设备进行了内件改造 ,采用三环节方法对装置的用能情况进行了分析 ,对能量进行了合理的匹配及回收。 The equipment expansion of morpholine production with the capacity from 1000 t/a to 3000 t/a was studied. In order to decrease revamping investment, layout of the existing equipment was arranged rationally, some required equipment was added, the inside structures of towers was revised, therefore the existing equipment was used well on the basis of simulation of the set and approved facilities. The production cost decreased and the economic benefit increased by expanding capacity of the set. The energy analysis for the set was carried out through three-link method and energy was made rational in use and recycled following expansion.
