摘 要: 以SiO2 负载 [C6 H5NC(CH3)C(CH3)NC6 H5]NiCl2 和AlEt2 Cl组成的催化剂进行乙烯聚合 ,庚烷为溶剂制备支化聚乙烯。载体改性方式、金属镍浓度、反应温度和铝镍摩尔比等反应条件对乙烯催化活性有很大的影响。聚合物的支化度随着聚合温度的升高迅速增加 ,而受铝镍摩尔比的影响不大。 Supported catalyst for ethylene polymerization was prepared by interaction of α_diimine nickel chloride [C_6H_5 N C(CH_3)C(CH_3) N C_6H_3]NiCl_2 with silica.The supported catalyst can produce branched polyethylene in the presence of AlEt_2Cl cocatalyst when heptane is used as solvent.Reaction conditions such as modified method of support,concentration of nickel metal,reaction temperature and molar ratios of Al∶Ni have a pronounced synificanty by the effect on polymerization activity. Branching degree of polyethylene increases remarkably with increasing inreaction temperature,but is not affected and only significantly by the molar ratios of Al∶Ni.
