摘 要: 分别给赤眼鳟投喂 4种不同酵母多糖含量的饲料 (w (酵母多糖 )分别为 0、 0 2 %、 0 5 %、 0 8% ) 36d。并在第 12、 2 4和 36天检测超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、溶菌酶活性、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能 ,和第 36天检测血清中补体C3水平。结果表明 :饲料添加了 0 5 %和 0 8%酵母多糖的饲料能显著提高鱼类SOD酶活性、溶菌酶活性、补体C3水平、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能 ,而添加了 0 2 %的酵母多糖饲料只能显著提高溶菌酶活性。 The effects of including yeast glucan in the diet on Squaliobarbus curriculus non_specific immune response were investigated. The fish were fed four different diets for 36 days: a commercial diet as control and the same diet supplemented with 0 2%, 0 5%, 0 8% yeast glucan. After 12,24 and 36 days, the activity of SOD, Lysozyme levels, the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes, the immune function of erythrocytic were investigated. After 36 days, complement C_3 levels were also investigated .The results showed that 0 5%,0 8% yeast glucan enhanced all the investigated immune response significantly and 0 2% enhanced Lysozyme levels only.
