摘　　要： 选用多聚磷酸作催化剂,考察了用邻苯二甲酸酐与间苯二酚合成荧光黄的最佳反应条件。实验结果表明:在多聚磷酸催化下,于150～160℃反应2h,平均产率可达95.8％。本法具有反应温度低、时间短、操作简单、产率高等特点。 The suitable synthetic conditions of fluorescein from phthalic anhydride and resocinol under polyphorsphoric acid(PPA) catalyst were groped. The experimental results showed that: at 150～160℃, reaction time 2 hours, the yield can achieve 95.80%. The merits of this method are lower reaction temperature, shorter reaction time, convenient operations and higher yield.
