摘　　要： 分析了南水北调中线工程库区移民的特点、水源工程对库区环境的特殊要求 ,论述了该工程库区各移民安置方式的利与弊 ,并据此提出了南水北调中线工程库区移民安置应以远距离农业安置为主 ,疏散安插县内农村及投靠亲友和人力资源非农化转移安置为辅的方针 。 This paper analyses the features of immigrants in the reservoir region where the mid-line project of transferring water from south to north and the special requests of water source on the environment of the reservoir region. The author deals with the advantages and its disadvantages in making proper arrangements for the migrants in the reservoir region and it also puts forward the idea that most immigrants in the reservoir region should be placed in a distance to go in for agriculture and some of them be dispersed in the countryside of the county to go to their relatives while transferring some immigrants by making human resources in the region doing non-agricultural job subsidiary. Based on this idea, the author suggests that some policies be adopted by the government.
