摘 要: TiAl合金以其优越的物理和力学性能 ,以及轻质等优点成为未来高性能汽车发动机排气阀的首选材料。如何开发低成本高质量、大批量生产TiAl合金排气阀的技术成为当前的一个研究热点和难点。本文回顾和总结了近年来国内外研发TiAl合金排气阀的进展。 Due to the low density , better physical and mechanical property, TiAl-based alloy is an excellent candidate for the automotive exhaust valve application. Hence, the focus of the current research program is to development valve manufacturing technologies, which are appropriate for the economic and reliable production of TiAl valves. The objective of this paper is to investigate the technology development of TiAl-based valves Vecontlg at home and abroad.
