摘 要: 起重机大车运行啃道是一个普遍现象。本文提出用位移传感器测量起重机车架相对于轨道的偏斜,以此偏斜量作为控制信号,通过变频器调整两边驱动电机的转速,从而自动地修正车架的偏斜,并加强车架的水平刚性,使啃道现象得以基本消除。作者将此设想应用于起重机模型的实际运行中,取得了良好的效果。 Crane big wheeled machine moving gnaw track is a wilespread phenomenon. Writer put forword by using displacement sensor to survey the deviating distance of crane frame to track. The deviating distance are used as controlling singnalls. By frequency converter to adjuse the rotational speed of electromotor, then auto correct the distance of crane frame to track, increase the horizontal rigidity of frame, by which the gnaw track phenomenon can be eliminated.
