摘 要: 供应链要与市场需求特性相适应。实现供应链敏捷化过程应遵循市场敏感性原则、虚拟性原则、过程集成性原则和网络化原则;敏捷化策略包括精益与敏捷集成化策略、延迟化策略、供应商管理策略和简单化策略。文章认为企业之间的产品质量和价格竞争正在被供应链之间的敏捷性竞争所代替,只有实施敏捷化供应链支持的市场战略的企业,才能从容对应市场需求,获得持续的竞争优势。 the author maintains that supply chains should keep pace with cha ra cteristics of market demand,and sug-gests principles that should be followed i n order to make supply chains being nimble.Further he explains tactics that com-posed to be the tactic of being nimble.At the end of the paper the author conc ludes that only those enterprises that support-ed by nimble supply chains can d eal with market demand effectively and keep competitive advantage.
