15%噁·霜·福种衣剂对西瓜幼苗生长及其抗病性相关酶活性的影响
Effect of 15% Hymexazol-Metalaxyl-Thiram seed coating formulation on the growth of watermelon seedlings and disease resistance-related enzymes

摘  要: 测定了 15 %·霜·福种衣剂包衣西瓜种子后种子的发芽率及幼苗生长发育的几项指标。结果表明 ,种衣剂包衣对种子发芽率以及幼苗的子叶长、子叶宽和株高无显著影响 ;使幼苗主根长、须根数和百株鲜重分别增加了15 %、2 2 %和 7% ,植株体内丙二醛的积累量下降了 5 9% ,可溶性蛋白含量增加了 17% ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)和多酚氧化酶 (PPO)的活性分别提高了 4 6 %、4 3%、31%和 5 7% ,差异显著。说明种衣剂处理西瓜种子后发芽安全 ,并能促进幼苗生长 ,提高抗病性相关酶的活性。 To examine the effect of the 15% Hymexazol-Metalaxyl-Thiram seed coating formulation on watermelon seeds, this study was done on their germination, growth and development of the seedlings. The results showed that the germination rate of seeds, length and width of cotyledon and height of seedlings were not significantly different,compared with these of uncoated seeds. However, the length of roots was 15% longer, 22% more sideroots was observed in coated seeds and the weight of one hundred fresh seedlings rose 7%, after being treated. Moreover, accumulated content of Malondialdehyde(MDA) decreased by 59% and content of soluble protein increased by 17% through the coating treatment. Importantly, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and polyphenoloxidase (PPO) in the seedlings were stimulated evidently, they were 46%,43%,31% respectively, and 57% higher than those of the untreated. It is concluded that the germination of watermelon seeds treated by the chemical was safe, the growth and development of seedlings were promoted and the activity of disease resistance-related enzymes was also increased after being treated.
