摘 要: 我国的教育制度和教育现状对高校教师思想道德素质的提高有很大影响。积极因素有 :高等教育的任务对高校教师思想道德素质的提高起着支配作用 ;素质教育的实施为高校教师思想道德素质的提高提出了更高的要求 ;高等教育改革对高校教师思想道德素质提出更高要求 ;依法治教观念的深入为高校教师思想道德素质增加了新内容。消极因素有 :“应试教育”的痼疾带来的消极因素 ;对教师思想道德教育不力 ,阻碍了高校教师思想道德素质的提高 ;新时期新形势下对教师的考核、奖惩、淘汰机制仍未完善。 The education systems and situation affect greatly the improvement of teacher's ideology and morals in colleges and universities. Positive factors include the task of higher education influences the improvement of ideology and morals; quality-oriented education makes further requirement; the reform of higher education avails teachers' inner pressure; sense of managering education according to law adds new content to it. Negative factors are examinational education brings negative factors; being slack in the education of ideology and morals hinders the improvement of teacher's ideology and morals. There is no perfect system of checking-up, awarding and eliminating in the new period and situation.
