摘　　要： 传统发育生物学认为成体干细胞只能向所属胚层几种细胞分化。但近来,许多研究表明成体干细胞可横向分化或跨系分化,即成体干细胞具有可塑性,这已成为当今干细胞研究热点之一。作者概述了当前成体干细胞可塑性研究进展和特点,并对成体干细胞可塑性理论进行了探讨。 Contradicting some of the foundations of traditional embryology, adult stem cells may have much wider differentiation capabilities, and the phenomenon is not restricted to the origin of a cell in the embryonic trilayer. The ability of multipotential adult stem cells to cross lineage boundaries or transdifferentiate, that is, adult stem cell plasticity, is currently causing heated debate in the scientific press. This review sets out to provide a critical evaluation of the current literature in the adult stem cell field.
